Fantastic service, George was polite, prompt and amazing turn around time. We required a part to fix our washing machine and he put me in contact with his seller. After waiting for the part we dropped it off 12pm then received our machine 2pm. No issues since.

Extremely rude, yelled and swore at me and told me he would charge me double because he came early and my gate was still locked. I have 2 small children and hadn't had the opportunity to get outside to open it yet. He came half an hour early, and then drove off without even giving me the chance to come outside. When I called again, he yelled and swore and then hung up on me. Disgusting service

Disgusting customer service. A job never done. Majorly stuffed us around after WE put ourselves out to make the appointment easier for them to accommodate them, only to blatantly lie to our face about basically everything.When confronted and proven to have lied about the work, the job, the maintenance required, hung up the phone not once, but twice, called us everything under the sun and to never effing call here again".How they are still in business is actually a mystery to me and if I could give less than one star I would.You have been warned. Came at the arranged time and fixed my washing machine same day. Great service

Called up Monday about midday to enquire about someone coming out to fix my washing machine. He was able to come by within a few hours. Seemed nice enough on the phone but very short and straight to the point.Arrived on time, greeted him at the door but got no response. He walked straight in and basically pushed past me. He started walking through my house finding his own way to the laundry before allowing me to give directions and close the front door behind me.Showed him the laundry, thanked him for coming out and asked how his day was going. No response. Asked again about his day, no response again. Told him I would be on the other end od the house and I walked away. He started working on the machine immediately.Had completed the job in about 20 minutes. Walked out leaving a huge mess in the laundry and basically flooded. Seemed ok and more approachable once I paid him and thanked me.Not really sure how I felt about this experience. Customer service wise, I wouldnt use again, but overall was quick, cheap and got the job done.

This guy was quick, efficient and cheap. He was able to recondition an older washing machine using parts from other machines he has in stock. He is a little gruff but a nice enough guy and very helpful. I believe a lot of the negative reviews are from sensitive people,
