We have a Watermelon Cat Litter Box we bought in their website and recently we made a purchase of the Glow Cat Little Box and the Cherry scratches!!! I got a water fountain for my cats with Michu. My cats love the Michu cat water fountain! They come running when I turn it on, and it's so nice to know they're getting plenty of hydration. The adjustable flow rate is great, and the design is stylish and fits in with my decor. Highly recommend!

Today when enquiring about my order I received excellent customer service. My order has now arrived and we have set up the Mayitwill litter castle and my cats seem happy so far.Thank you again for the great customer service!

I got a litter box from Furrytail 2 months back. It turned out to be too big for my kitten so I messaged them to arrange a return or an exchange with another litter box even. I messaged them at least for a month after and they haven't responded. What's the point of a product if you can't even get mediocre customer service from the makers of the product? So rating them 1 based on non existent customer service if you require it at all after the purchase.

The cat litter box is a joke.The urine leaks down the the rear of the lip and flows out the base.The cat urine also runs down the door and leaks on to the floor.I had to add on laminated sheets to prevent this, and stick them with double sided tape.I am on my second door and now need a new one because both have broken at the plastic connector due to having to be cleaned in the bath every couple of days, the door doesn't come out once in yet you're suppose to clean the urine and cat litter stuck to random places each day. Waste of money. I should have stuck with the 20$ reject shop one. 150$ (plus cost and postage for a replacement door when it was only a month old) far more hassle then I have ever had with any cat litter boxes. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

In my humble opinion & my cat's opinion too, I think michu tofu cat litter is one of the best cat litter I have used thus far. I have tried numerous cat litter, am fostering some cats presently & this one exceeds them all in absorption, being dust free & having low trail deposits. They also have good custom service, the replies are very quickly, delivery is always on time.

It is disappointing to rate poorly after being a customer for years.I have recently bought replacement filters for the furrytail cat fountain. I have emailed customer service repeatedly.First email was to check that the product recommended to me was correct (to replace the furrytail filters that they no longer stock).I was surprised that the new filters are very then, so when I put the filter in the top section, it no longer slots back correctly leaving a gap where water spills on floor, cord and bottom section. A safety hazard!When I took the top off and tried to remove the filter I couldn't as now the top parts are stuck.Emailing back and forth reexplaining and providing photos.I'm now advised to push the 'lead' I guess that's lid down.Oh seriously? If I could I would.Last August ialso emailed to advise the LED had stopped working.I have requested a refund and it seems this company just dodges responsibility until the customer gives up.Never buying from them again.This review is made with disappointment.Come on Michu. Do better.
