Affordable place to stay in Karratha.Rooms a little dated but very clean, comfortable and quiet.Pub next door great place for a feed and a drink.

Stayed there last week and it was disappointing. The unit was not clean - there was toothpaste in the bathroom sink, human hair around the edges of the rooms along with other debris, rubbish bin container was dirty, and other surfaces were dusty. Lamp shades had accumulated many dead bugs. And, the smoke detector was missing. We have advised management, along with photos, but no reply received so far. :(

Very average room.Self check in, which was not mentioned on any of the booking page.Not really clean, only kitchen facilities are microwave, toaster and kettle. But the wash & dry in the room is a bonus.

Fabulous. So easy to organise my stay.

Room was dirty, had human hair in the bathroom, bathroom smelt, fridge didn't work, kettle had Slimey stuff in. Not happy at all sheets had stains. Very poor cleaning staff

this is a great affordable place to stay in Karratha, booking online is easy with a pass codes for the key so can book last minute if need be, walking distance to pub and surprisingly the rooms are very quite. Clean rooms, little run down but well maintained, bug comfy beds with all amenities you need if needing yo stay for a few days or just rest up after being out bush.

I booked 3 rooms for my family last minute as we got stuck in Karratha. 2 out of the 3 rooms we stayed in i found ticks in the sheets so we checked all the sheets in all 3 rooms just to find blood on the bottom of the comforter in one room and pee stains below all the top sheets in all three rooms along with hair and bugs. We made a complaint and they offered to move us to different rooms, which we advised that we would check these rooms too due to the other issues earlier on and the 4th room was also just as dirty. The customer service was extremely rude during the booking stage and then I was hung up on when I made the formal complaint after we had left even after stating that I had photos as proof.

Great value for money, very prompt management communication & easy check in to room.

Very good value accomm for my business trip. The people running it are very hospitable. They dont let the pub run late or have loud bands so there isn't any issue with noise after 10pm. Quite peaceful and had everything I needed to be comfortable.
