response to our review from Renu Kalra:truth of this character is;total alarms technician advised to replace faulty part but you decided not to spend money. you insisted to clean up only and see how it goes. when the problem came back- as we advised it probably would- you demand we not charge for return visit. next time take the advice of trained service technician. my advice to you, when you decide to vent publicly about a small family business, take into account that it was you who did not want to spend any additional money in replacing the faulty sensor. we cannot be held responsible for your shortcomings.

BAD experience with them. first of all i called them in january 2016 for some fault in existing alarm. fixed the problem on the day. went overseas in feb 2016. it kept alarming again and again on same fault. My house was without alarm for 14 days while i was away.No choice have to take risk. came back from overseas called them in first week of march regarding the problem. they said i have to pay them call fees again plus the hour rate consume to fix it. why would i pay call fees again as for the same problem. can pay hourly rate as he will consume but not the call fees. be carefull if u deal with them.
