Your rooms upstairs are like wind tunnels. Someone smokes on the balcony and I get the smell of punched dart through my room! Nice...needed my nicotine fix for the night!Fix your door seals X

I've been working in Kingston for the past few weeks and stayed at this great motel every time. The staff are friendly, late check-ins are not a problem. Rooms are clean and quiet. It's also close enough for an easy stroll to the jetty with my morning coffee. Hopefully I'm still working in town when the restaurant opens again. I hear the food is excellent.

Private function and as far as Kingston dining goes I have to say it was pretty good. Actually had a steak, piece of fish and half of baked chicken. Benifits of eating with light eaters. All three meals where well cooked and service was good. Also made a nice lemon, lime and bitters. Our function was at night but during the day there would be a lovely ocean view. Grab a meal or stay the night next time your down Kingston way.

Arriving without a booking my wife and I agreed on the price for 2 nights. Staff member was very nice and friendly. The roon was OK, tucked away, car park was in front of the unit. The room itself was fine, tidy and clean. But one thing was the shower floor was a little slippery. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.. Thank you

Kelly took me in at short notice after a car breakdown and looked after me like family until the bus came two days later. She was an absolute godsend, motel was lovely with the executive room. Would definitely go back if ever in Kingston, beautiful little town

Friendly staff, good size rooms and great view of foreshore. Kelly was amazing at the reception she had fantastic local knowledge and was more than accommodating when we needed some extra things for our room!! Worth the stay and can not wait to enjoy it in the summer again

Fist of all the room you will need a 4 to 5 pin power board or a extension cord they are only about 3 power points in the basic rooms. how can I charge things up?The tv is very small it has a usb socket so bring your own movies and one Foxtel channel sky news AustOn the good side the bed is very comfortableThe food was very nice and the service from the women in the dinning room (forgot Her name) was more than 100% with Her service

We booked online understanding the place was near the ocean and had a restaurant and bar. It is near the beach....no restaurant or bar.Older place, clean rooms, sadly our a/c non operational.

Came to the restaurant for dinner. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Seafood dishes and entree were good. We had the fish and chips and the salt and pepper squid. Fish was very tasty. Food came out quickly for our table of two. Arancini for entree were fine. The dessert wasn't as good, it was just ok. This venue does have windows with an ocean view.
