Top customer service. Ordered online and shipped but number cannot be tracked in AusPost app for 3 days. Sent an email to JapanToys and they helped me check the status with AusPost and resent the item again within half a day. Received the package 2 days later. Definitely will purchase from JapanToys again.

Great service and their website layout is clean and easy to browse. Lots of care taken with their packaging that included bubble wrap, styrofoam blocks and crumpled cardboard. Scale figure of my waifu arrived in perfect condition after several days of worrying if she would be damaged in transit.

Got there 1 hour after opening time, shop was closed. Called the number listed, he said he's running 15 minutes late. I called again he says he's around the corner. I waited 40 minutes, no courtesy call, no one showed up. Pathetic management. I left after 45 minutes, it's 10.45, shop is still closed, and no calls. From the window it's a very small shop with just packed boxes everywhere, barely anything on display. Just go to another store.

Absolutely amazing service!! Replies to email queries are usually provided within minutes, and all the products I have bought have been packed extremely well to prevent any damage in transit. On receiving and item with a manufacturing fault a replacement was sent to me within a week, and Japan Toys paid for the faulty item to be sent back to them. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy Japanese collectables.

Very friendly staff and a decent collection of figures, not huge amount but not small either, I went to this store twice before I left Victoria and I'm very happy with the quality and cost of my figures
