BEST real estate agency we have EVER been under. We've been with BCM for the last year & a half and have to say this is the best experience we've had with any real estate agency in all our renting history. They have truly looked after us. Anything we've needed, they've responded too so quickly and efficiently. We're so guttered that we have to move on from them but just hope in future we can come back. The treatment we received was disgusting. We were appalled at the state of the house where we were to live. Mould, not cleaned, carpets were filthy and shredded in one room, slate tiles missing and gardens in appalling condition.We were delayed due to painting being done but the only painting was the entrance and one row of balustrades.Unsafe power running under the sink edge in the ensuite.We advised painting, cleaning and intense garden clean up was being done,none of it had been done. When we phoned the property manager they did not return calls, prior to us moving in they advised us that the house looks great.Advising us they had 2 professional cleaners clean the house, if that is the case I would not have them do another property.Mould in rooms on windows, the property managers reply was it's an old house
