Rude, got upset because I asked for a quote on an investment property for gardens. Didn't like that he wasn't used for a job on our residential. I wouldn't recommend him for anything. Unprofessional customer service. Very rude and holds onto things and acts like a sissy

We had to have some drainage work done and we had been told about LandscapersPLUS.John was amazing when it came to working out what had to be done and fix the issues.We were guided in all aspects of the drainage, design of front garden, new retaining walls and new driveway. It was a big job but it was done promptly and with care. The boys were very polite and worked so well and very considerate when it came to cleaning up and working around our house.The drainage is now Fantastic and I would recommend John and his LandscapingPLUS team to everyone.AlisonIn Newmarket

John came out to provide a quote and I was told that the quote would be sent through by lunchtime the next day. I followed up at lunch, and he said it would be done in the afternoon. That evening I sent a text saying Just chasing up on that quote for the retaining walls. Thanks!I then received this response, see pictured.Hi Lucy, I started work at 430 this morning. I doubt I will finish computer work until 1100 tonight. I think it is both rude and rich to be so demanding for something you are not paying for my time on. We unfortunately won't be quoting.
