We acquired a front door from the Lewisham store and the outcome was excellent despite bumps along the way - largely caused by us.The store was cooperative when we were required to cancel an order and later to reorder. The salesman Victor was on top of our circumstances all the way along and helped us through problems.The installer, Nissin, did an excellent job - competent and cool - despite being confronted with a jam out of square and the re-installation of old door door furniture.Thanks to everyone involved.

We recently got 4 doors installed for our apartment and Victor from DoorsPlus in Lewisham was absolutely amazing. He helped us through the entire process and gave really great advice. He knowledge was next level.The installation was then an absolute breeze - Duc installed perfectly and efficiently despite our steel door frames being slightly warped over time.Could recommend Victor and Duc from DoorsPlus more.

Will never buy again. Sales rep promised one thing and upon delivery after 2 months couldn’t remember anything. $55 is small amount for the entire $1700 invoice but I was not happy how the promise was not honouredAlso doors came with defects that don’t look anything like in the showroom. I now got stuck with 6 bad quality doors supposed to be installed in the new house which took 10 weeks to order and delivery.

Overpriced with cheap no-brand front door lock, which is difficult to engage. Lock doesn't have deadlatch so we cannot have a side glass panel, which would be opposite the latch. Poor security, convenient for thieves though. Option to have painted white or stained would have been better advised as to why, given that the amount of work required to mask the areas of the doors and screen is difficult and time consuming. Mesh screen doesn't allow a breeze to pass through, when glass panel is open.Sliding doors, installer left gaps at edges of some doors exposing the room to the elements that had to be fixed by us. Over use of screws instead of rivets, no spot painting done on many of the screw and rivet heads. Installer acted unprofessionally when he realised that he had to return to do a repair and expected us to accept poor quality. Gap above one set of sliding doors made access to curtain brackets impossible, as the installer didn't remove curtains during the fit.Felt that we had been scammed when Doors Plus Manager stated that removal of old doors was not included in price. Abused the use of the English language to imply that removal only applied to removing doors from frame not their disposal and we were charged an exorbitant amount by the installer to take debris away, requesting we not say anything to Doors Plus Manager, whom I can only assume received a cut. Even after winging about having to return for repairs the installer left a lot of rubbish behind.My advice if you go ahead with Doors Plus, make sure that price includes removal and disposal of all old doors. Clarify that the front door furniture is a deadlock.

Sales was great! After that it was frustrating - I was sent automated messages that contradicted what was agreed and on my order. I had to chase constantly, finally at 5:30pm the night before supposed installation I was called and told when installation would be: 9am next morning. End product looked good. Doors Plus workflows are clearly NOT customer focussed.

Can't be more happy with our new doors and screens. From the service from the rep in the store to the installations of the doors has been impeccable. The doors look amazing.
