Nice gym and great covid safe rules. Communication needs a bit of improvement though. Called about 3 weeks ago and was given the incorrect price for casuals which was 10 by a young male staff member. On my 3rd visitor, a different staff member who served me on the second said its 20, and said he charged 10 because he thought I was with someone. Very weird as I never said or did anything to support this assumption and told him I was waiting to move which is why I'm not signing up now. The first time I asked over the phone the other staff member did not mention this. Perhaps put this in writing to avoid confusion. Otherwise an ok gym.

I wont recommen thise gym to everyone the MANAGER she is so Rude. No other staff to get some help if you need to as something. Water leaks on the stairs so bucket everywhere and even the the treadmill area water leaks everywhere. Useless receptionist always on the phone.

Recently refurbished throughout. We came to use the Salt Cave, it’s so relaxing! They pump fine salt particles into the air that you inhale whilst you relax on the comfy message recliners. Totally chill and a bargain at $20 for 45 min casual visit.

Love the transformation to HammerHouse. The vibe here is great. Such awesome equipment… love the Salt Room for rest and recovery. How amazing that I can also use HammerHouse Coburg and Brunswick all for $15/week.

The gym has limited equipment, a little more than your average home gym and able to modify use of the machines to cater for an all round workout; however, when busy with 10 people in it (yes, 10 people is cramped with weights and equipment specific exercises) there is no ability to do what you’ve initially intended and limited room to modify.For example, there is only one bench that is on a decline, it’s a fixed decline and only a smith machine near it should you wish to do decline chest exercises and the free weights are on a different level. You name an exercise and you’re very limited.I won’t be continuing here, I’m three weeks in.
