Never ever use this service. They will try to convince you to send them the TV to the technician which will cost you $140 and will charge you much more later. I had a bug in the TV between the glass and LED panel and I told them what happened and sent them the photo of how it looks like, the customer care still just said won’t be much more money so I sent the TV and pay $140 and then the technician told me I will have to pay for another $350 for it. If you don’t accept the price then you will lose the $140 for nothing. Then I asked them I have sent you the photo about the issue and you should be able to judge if it’s a big or small issue. The customer care said we didnt require you to send the photo. Excuse me? Are you serious? Then what’s the point to ask a quote? Why not just say give us $140 and then I can provide the quote. What a easy way to make money.
