April 2023This was a quick dinner stop for our long journey.Plenty of Parking space available.Service on the 1st floor was great. Smile and helpful.

OMG worst Macca's ever. No customers and took forever to get two coffees as McCafe want staffed and when somebody finally arrived they spent forever chatting with a colleague. We were the only coffees ordered. I'll go to BP down the road next trip.

This new self service is not at all people friendly, a real challenge to navigate. The staff assistant at the machine wasn't even able to complete our order correctly. We ended up with one coffee instead of 2 & weren't able to get macaroons on that same order. Where to now McDonald's? We witnessed several seniors absolutely confused & one of those couples walked out & told us they wouldn't be back as it was to much trouble. Total confusion! Often seniors are not tech savvy. We felt really sorry for them. We also struggled & we are IT trained & tech savvy.

I bought a meal Easter sunday morning and the Angus beef I've ordered was so dry and had no taste at all. I looked inside and no sauce. Apparently, they rushed to made it. It's a worst hamburger I've ever had! My husband's cheeseburger was barely wrapped and fell out in the bag. Slow down and do it properly.

It was a busy time of morning. The staff were working together well. The facilities were horrid. They looked and smelt like they had not been cleaned in a while. For a bathroom to look that way it has not been cleaned that day or the night before. There were nappies overflowing the bin- I had to take my toddler in the multi purpose room. I made the manager aware as the sign on the door politely asks. She said she would have staff get to it when they were not busy; I hope for other customers this happened.Getting to the food- the hash browns were fine: standard. The McMuffins were cold, hard and not great. The shakes were not thick. Not great. The coffee’s were very good. Mixed bag.Overall- need more staff.

Filthy! The toilets had urine all over the place. Every single table was dirty. The two managers on duty looked miserable with on wearing horrible fake lashes she could barely open her eyes. Very unprofessional and gross!

If you own this Store you need to close straight away it is a public health concern.It is the Grossest place, please do not stop here!!!!!!!!!It is filthy dirty, rude staff, toilets if you can call them that were utterly disgusting.I will be writing to HQ and reporting to health authority.The manger with extra long fake eyelashes and green sleeveless shirt should go immediately for re training if she ever had training in the first place.

Can a McDonalds store be any worse? Watched an employee service the bins and then go straight to food handling without washing hands. Place is a disgrace!

Unable to dine in after using the bathroom, toilets were disgusting, over flowing bins and no toilet paper, ordered via drive thru, only car there and no one taking orders, drive to window and ordered, meal was wrong so waited at same window for it to be corrected and the staffs behaviour towards each other was disgusting, screaming immature and arguing over a line up of cars and still no one taking orders. One staff was extremely rude said she is doing everything on her own and my flat white could not be made but I could have the froth off previous coffees made, Food was cold and hard as a rock. When leaving the drive thru, there was a line up backed up thru the car park, obviously they still arguing inside and refusing to take orders. I’m a frequent traveller and this McDonald’s has not changed hygiene or mannerism for years, the doors need closing and health department need to pay a visit
