I use to frequent this store but they no longer accept cash, shame that they play an agenda when they cause diabetes and cardiovascular disease. But hey I only wanted some tasty donuts, what do I know???

All your donuts are excellent by design and colour. Made me want to eat the whole restaurant :) However, the customer service here needs to be greatly improved. Mainly in terms of attitude. Left the restaurant feeling like I wasted the staff's time.

The manager at Bulleen, Marie, is terrible. Shocking customer service and clearly has no interest in providing a positive customer experience for the company. Not sure how she has progressed to management. Terrible attitude with very poor interpersonal skills. I can’t believe KK has entrusted her to run a team.

I recently visited Krispy Kreme donut and unfortunately, my experience was not great. While the donuts were delicious, the service was poor.When I placed my order, the staff member seemed disinterested and unengaged, making the overall experience feel unwelcoming.

The original glazed donuts and the cream cheese bagels were good.Really liked the cappucino too.The staff however should improve on customer service.

The service of the staff is very friendly, and you can conveniently purchase it through the drive-thru. When you enter the indoor store, you can see the process of making the original glazed donuts and taste freshly made donuts.

Was served by 2 younger lovelies at Bulleen Plaza (5/5/23; 1:30PM) Mullon(?) and a gentleman whose name I wasn't able to get on my way out. I was greeted quickly, and with big smiles. We had a nice chat, and they made me feel valued and respected as a human and a customer.Give them more shifts, pay them well, they're treasures to your company. Your other staff are brilliant too, they're no exception. ✨️ ps, the coffee was, in fact, excellent. I'm stanning.

This Krispy Kreme is located in the car park of the busy Bulleen Shopping Centre surrounded by parking.There is a drive through service which can be difficult to get into as it's entrance is within the very busy carpark next to the medical centre and traffic jams occasionally occur.The store is bright and cheerful and you can see the machinery making the donuts behind a glass wall. Indoor and outdoor seating.Not sure of the point of Krispy Kreme.Big shop/restaurant that only sells donuts and a range of Bagels. No other meal options. Donuts are heavy and oily and most of them are sickly sweet. Some which should be served hot, like jam filled donuts, are really unpleasant served cold. Quite pricey for what you get. Won't be going back anytime soon.
