Did a great job

BEWARE!! These guys are total cowboys! We took our vehicle to Ultratune Northcote for a RWC, they subcontracted Bruce Pitts to do the inspection and we were told the car needed $600 worth of repairs to pass the inspection. We were surprised given the our vehicle is routinely serviced by Subaru Interactive Docklands and had done approximately 3,000kms in the past 12 months. We decided to take it to the dealership the next day and low and behold the car passed the test with zero defects (not even the wiper blades!!) We attempted to get a refund for the $240 we were charged for the inspection but they refused. I contacted ultratune to request a refund and they passed my details on to Bruce who then called me and was very aggressive and intimidating, threatening that he was going to ’sue Subaru'. The whole experience was horrendous. They suggested that the dealership were ‘cowboys’ and that they had given us an illegitimate certificate. The truth is they were just taking advantage of us and trying to make a buck.
