I booked an international flight online with Flight Centre but then needed to change my return date whilst overseas. After hours on hold, trying to contact the airline, I called my local flight centre and received wonderful service from Natalie who immediately reorganised my booking. Thank you Natalie, will definitely be booking my trips with you in the future!

Very unhelpful. Was told they could not book flights for me and that I needed to do it myself online. I got the distinct impression that it was all too hard and the agent just couldn't be bothered.

Don’t answer telephones, don’t call back, don’t open on time

I asked for a plastic wallet for my daughter who won an overseas trip, and needed a travel wallet for her documents. I was told wallets are only provided to customers who have booked a holiday, because they (plastic wallets) are too expensive to give away. I explained that I have previously been a Flight Centre (F.C.)customer, but staff member was not interested in helping me. It seems that any profit no matter how small is justifiable, rather than promote good will and helpfulness with customers. B.H. how much is a plastic wallet? $1.00. Very disappointed in unhelpful staff member. I travel O.S. every year but I will NOT use F.C for any future holidays. Miserable treatment. Better off using RAA travel.

Staff here were very helpful!After I had a bad experience at Flight Centre Rundle Mall, I called Alyx Hardman to aid me with booking some flights. She was extremelly professional, accomodating and knowledgable!We got the flights booked in no time at all, for a fantastic price.
