I'm sure they do quality work however when you make an enquiry over the phone they charge you a non refundable fee of $140+ over the phone to send a technician out. When you speak to the person over the phone they are very polite but they will not give you any information about the price. When I mentioned that I don't want to be paying more than $500 they said it wouldn't cost that much.When the technician arrived, they were on time and polite but they quoted $1230 for the lowest tiered service. Had I not been misled I would not have booked this company. I am now $145+ out of pocket and have wasted a day.TLDR: polite, punctual service, non-refundable quote fee $145+, will tell you cost when technician arrives $1230 basic service.
