Worst experience. Please do not send your children here. My daughter got a test, with an older man there with grey hair, she sat for 1 hour and was so well behaved, she could clearly not see in one eye, the optometrist said she is playing us and said she is not doing the test correctly (my daughter is only 7 years old !) he told us to bribe her and come back another time !We took her to another optometrist who sent us to a specialist and my daughter actually can barely see through one eye and needs Glasses full time !Please think twice when going here. They are unprofessional and clearly are not well trained optometrists.

I travel from Auburn to Sylvania to arrange my Contact Lenses & each trip has always been worth it.Thank You for your incredible hospitality & customer service.

Southgate Sylvania Optometrist I highly recommend ...they have excellent customer service exampled by my non appointment visit to check on an emerging eye complaint ...They fitted me in with in the hour ...I had relevant tests and received advice on treating the condition ....no fuss ...friendly and efficient ....Tim has great patient rapport ...first class health treatment ....

Took my almost 93 yr old Dad and 83 yr old Mum in for their yearly eye examinations.Tim was an absolute Angel with his patience towards my Dad who is slightly hard of hearing. The lovely Lady up front, Poppy, made us all feel very welcomed and was an absolute Gem ! A Wonderful experience to come into this Establishment. Thank you SO MUCH !
