1star only - I will not recommend this to other mum. My son was with them for 3 years, suddenly my son needs to wait for another 8 months for speech therapy because there is no available. Which I could not understand why my son had to wait again, they gave us different therapist thought it would be benefit to him but it was not, OT seen him once and never heard anything of it. Key worker said my son need assessment again wow as in wow - I think because my son did not have enough money on NDIS that's why they dropped him off just like that. So no money no service - I was very disappointed. His key worker is good but not good enough. Previous speech therapist not good either - except for the first one we had she was very good. So I go different agent, we are on waiting list anyway so rather go to somewhere else and get better service. And they keep cancelling with us with short notice, if we do cancel in short notice we still pay! And they don't send you notes or invoice unless you request them. So moving forwards, Thanks but no thanks!

Almost all of the items were approved from my Therapy Outcome Report put together by Sarah at Everyday Independence. So exciting :)Thank you so much for putting me together with my Occupational Therapist, Sarah. She has been wonderful throughout the whole process, very helpful, caring and professional.Highly recommend Everyday Independence.

Expects 48 hours notice to cancel appointments when its impossible to know if a child is getting sick very rapidly due to lack of duty of care on his school's behalf. Yet continually cancelling appointments on us WITHOUT notice at all. Communication goes BOTH WAYS.Even told everyday independence my son can go from being 100% fine to hospital in a matter of hours.

I don't know what their services are link but the admin called after receiving a referral and didn't have enough respect to find out my name before acting. In a world where people with disabilities are endlessly disempower by the services chasing NDIS dollars this lack of respect is ableism. If you want clients teach your staff to have common courtesy and respect.
