I have worked volunteering in the past in the cork sorting program.My mother died of mnd and I’d like to do something like make a business in secondhand dealing in support of mnd and will gladly donate as much as possible.

To NMD client and patients who have coordinators or are potentially looking for a coordinator I highly recommend you not go to NMD for your coordinator as I myself who are a client of theirs have been misled for so long by three different coordinators of NMD. I have been kept at a low care facility for 4 months to which I should have been in high care as I had been promised in December. Now I am wheelchair bound and have no use of upper limb . My breathing capacity is at 30%. Whenever I’ve messaged or rang my coordinator I’ve had no return call or messages from them. I have all messages and phone calls in my phone. Last year NDID had designated 146k for my care which was all used up in a span of 5 months. This year 240k has been designated for my level of care which has been approved by NDID but I am still in low care housing with 30 other patients. 5 months ago I could walk around the block but now I am wheelchair bound. I recommend not to use NMD Melbourne as coordinator. They have mailed my carers not to assist me in posting reviews on them which I never asked their help with.I can’t stress enough the grief that NMD has caused me for 5 monthsYour sincerelyPatient of NMD for 2 yearsBill Stephanou
