I would have given 5 stars but the boy that served me said he didn't know anything about senior discounts as he'd only been there two weeks and told me to go and ask the manager. He just kept scanning my shopping and by the time I'd turned around the manager had gone from the counter. If you are giving discount then train your workers so they know. Im not happy I didn't get my discount because of poor training.

Thought would say if anyone choosing to say negative either keep it to themselves or don't say it publicly like @sue mumby stating about that new employee back then would've just barely begun this new role as he wouldn't have been so aware of seniors discount back then at the time by having just begun training, so where appropriate cut some slack.

Don't expect that they might let their customers use the toilet when they are shopping. They told my daughter and I to go to public toilets in the park around the corner. I'll spend my money elsewhere in future.

Absolutely fantastic place to shop. Lots of Australian Made / Owned products. Drakes are spending an absolute fortune in upgrading the whole store, so customers have a great shopping experience.
