Great value things. Replaced my 20 year old dryer. Got 7 of the best dinner plates for dishwashers and an almost new tupperware lunchbox. Not buying new things is great for the planet and it helps others. Browsing the Salvos is great and the staff are friendly and helpfull. Give it a go.

A very large store. 3/4 of it stocked with clothes and accessories. Furniture section has quite a quick turnover of stock and it also has a very good selection of mattresses all sizes new and good used. I've bought some good electrical products there. Heaters and fans and lamps and kitchen appliances. Lots of crockery, glasses, pots and pans. I think that along with the one located in Wayville, this is one of the better stores for selection. Staff are not the friendliest. Mostly concerned with getting the dollars in. Otherwise browsers are considered a nuisance. Just ignore them!

A great place to shop, to find bargains. I like that the money raised goes into helping others in need, and the community. However they could be more organised, and presented in a better itemized layout. Making the shopping experience more easier and efficient. A lot of the stuff they receive, that is sorted and discarded because of defects could actually be repaired, restored, or even fixed, and more funds could be raised. This could also even create employment for more unfortunate souls, with skills in that area of skill sets required to repair the donated items. I know I may have jumped the gun here, but it still is a great idea. It will also reduce our carbon footprint, with regards of goods going to landfills and reduce your cost of discarding these items. AL together though a great place to shop.

Great prices on most things, but today $700 for an electric chair & $500 for a dirty worn leather couch??Are you people for getting who shops there???Your store is in Windsor Gardens not Norwood. Sell stuff like that privately! Many can't afford luxurious stuff like that especially now in our current climate.

Volunteered long term at Salvos stores and won't be coming back. Was bullied and harassed in both stores. Paid staff bullied me and encouraged volunteers to join in. Paid staff were rude and shouted at me.Constantly belittled me and criticised me.Not impressed and won't be coming back. Was moving interstate and stopped going.

Expensive for secondhand goods.Cheaper brand clothing, such as Anko (K-Mart), are being sold for near new prices.Coffee mugs priced at $2 where other op shops happily price these at 50 cents.Clothing bargains are only likely when appropriate colour tags are on sale.

Usually a great place to shop... However, today while looking through dresses I noticed all dresses size 16 and up were $30 and over, while the ones below that size - on the same rack - were $11 and under. One dress was even $80. I can't speak for everyone but usually people who are on low incomes and can't afford good new clothing are the ones to go to Op shops. I'm sorry but I won't be returning to this store after seeing such greed. It's worse than Savers and I didn't think that was possible. Stick to the Salvos on Research Road or Kincaid Road. They don't discriminate with their prices for brand names or sizing.

Went there once. Old suitcase $40, bookcase $70. Did some donations there but will not do it again. If you want to buy cheaper use marketplace, gumtree or ebay.

Great bargains but very poor customer service, no friendly customer service in fact no smiles at all. Maybe some customer services upskill might help them with customer service roles.
