I had a lovely time chatting to my expert nail tech Ivy. The salon is clean and quiet, there is a tv on if you don’t feel like chatting. I would recommend and I will go back again.

I have used these ppl from opening day but I am Absolutely disgusted in the guy who works there , he discriminated me because of my size , the owner had no care all she was worried about was losing her business, I’ve taken it further but people need to be aware , also they only take cash which is a big tax dodge.. it’s all been reported

I went to get a manicure and I asked for French tips as well they were rough with my hand and completely ignored the French tips and they aren’t welcoming Never going back bad service disappointed

Very Disappointed!Booked in online for a full set of acrylics -$49.I politely mentioned the the tip on 2 of my nails the had glued where smaller then my actual nail, I was told it would be filed to fit, but you can clearly see that it doesn’t!When going to pay I get told it is $60 when I asked why was told it was the top coat polish -(which I didn’t ask for).Then when to pay and was told no eftpos when tho I could clearly see the eftpos machine was on. So I was sent to the back, came back and then was told they didn’t have change??!If your not going to except eftpos because you want cash, make sure you have change!5days later and 4 nails have already lifted and I’m told bad luck…

My friend and I went, we waited an hour for one of us to be seen and then they messed up the colour, and mine didn’t get done because we ran out of time when they said it would only be a 10 minute wait. All up it took 2 hours to simply get sns and then ended up getting shellac because they messed up the colour. Will never go back there again they completely destroyed her nails

Always come here but after this weeks experience when my nails were rushed and nail tech was very rough,Have a few cuts from nail drill bit and buffer I did say something and the response was saying something to co worker and laughing,I don't know what was said as it wasn't in English!!Very disappointed this time

Disappointing service, feel bad for leaving a review because I'm sure they're lovely people, but just not worth the $$ and also don't want other's to get damaged eyelashes: do not get your lash infills here (so much glue used my actual eyelashes are ruined/tore out from the weight), so much glue my eyelids were also swollen, sore, red and scratched from the crunchy glue, I asked for max C curls and they went way over and said they would fix it next time (I look on the way to drag queen dramatic), also see pic of some of the lashes that have come off - this is day 3 these were from the most INNER eye section. Way too long to be on your inner eye and you can see the thick glue and who knows how many lashes stuck together. She also put sticky tape on my forehead and then squeezed glue on my forehead to apply the lashes (seriously - WTH). Different person afterwards did my nails: rough with hands for a nail polish too, not a good level of attention to detail including poor shaping even whilst pointing to their shaping reference guide, she was unable to consistently shape, had to ask for each frayed edge on all the nails to be tidied up after the polish was put on, they then knocked a few of the nails whilst doing this and I just didn't want to ask for them to be fixed because they were so rough and because I had run out of time), you can also see the lumpy edges near the cuticles, level of cleanliness in the salon is also low. Just don't.
