My dad died last September 2021. My mum bought their policy back in 2006. After waiting and waiting I noticed that the plaque was still not in place where his buried. It has been 7 months now and my Dad still doesn't have his plaque on his grave. I rang the lady that my family has been dealing with and she said that it's going to take 3 months for the plaque to be made. This lady only cares about getting your money. First thing she told me over phone without having the facts is the plaque was not paid. I told her yes it is and check her facts. After 1 hour she rang me back to blame someone else and no-one in the family called her to fill in the Forms for the plaque. This is 7 months since my father was buried. If I didn't ring to follow up, this company will be more than happy to take your money and do nothing. It's now May 2022 and we have to wait another 3 months for the plaque to be created and installed. This will mean that since my Dad was buried, it takes Invocare 10 months to install a plaque. That is if they make it within 3 months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND STAY WELL AWAY IN YOUR GRIEVING TIMES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

My wife passed away recently. We chose Alan Drew Funerals. Richard who arranged her funeral made the whole process so easy, he was so compassionate and professional, we felt at easy at this very hard time. He suggested ways to reduce the costs which was so much appreciated. Richard also recommended a Celebrant ( Marilyn ) she was excellent. The Service was beautiful, thanks to Richard, Sam and Tracy from Alan Drew. My family are so grateful to you all. The staff and the Funeral service were well above our expectations. Many Thanks to the Alan Drew Organisation.

Terrible at paying accounts. I am chasing 5 invoices. One from Feb 2019, another a 3 or 4 before June and August. I have emailed and called multiple times with no resolution other than they appear to have paid some of the invoices to someone else. Now I am being told that I need to be set up as a supplier. This could have been done much sooner. Make sure you get paid before handing anything over. UPDATE & response to owner: I had been working with the accounts team for months chasing them up and then having to start over again on each phone call. I was finally paid the invoices BUT NOT THE INTEREST accrued on the overdue accounts. I didnt chase it up because you have been so difficult to deal with and I am simply too angry and upset at the extra hours I have spent just to get paid what was initially owing. I should not have to contact you on 5 or more occasions only to have to start again and not be paid the interest as compensation for you wasting my time and not paying the accounts (some were 8-9 months overdue).

Sad .angry and bitterly disappointed at visiting my dads gravesite today at Leppington Forest Lawn Cemetery NSW and finding the place full of weeds, unkept and in a terrible state. They seemed to be expending a lot of money making new gravesites and forgetting to look after the loved ones buried there. I will be making a formal complaint but be aware once you pay and your dearest are there this company will not maintain the grounds. Shame shame on you.

The staff and management at Forrest lawn leppington need to be given formal wornings for bad service. I have recently had two bad experiences with the staff. The 1st after my brother past. My cousin and I were unable to fine my her mother grave as she wanted to put flowers after my brothers service. After speaking to staff we found the grave on a map. The plaque or headstone had sunk and was fully grown over with grass. When I spoke to the manager he expressed that as invocare is a listed stock they care more about profit than maintenance. 2nd after ordering the plaque for my brothers plot I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. After nine weeks & not hearing anything I called to find out what was going on. They tried to tell me that they said ten weeks. When I said that was not correct they then tried to blame covid. I said that is poor service to blame the virus. They are happy to take your money but when it comes to actually providing they are seriously lacking. Need to put service before profit.

Extremely irresponsible sales consultant in Sydney. Unreasonably demanded customer to push back burial dates to at least nine months after funeral. Repeated delays for various reason such as email communications is not trusted but demanded confirmation to be hand written and physically signed then scanned back by email, this is despite multiple electronic confirmations were sent followed by phone call confirmation. Dodgy and rude staff keeps finding excuses to delay process or simple ignore customer communication for weeks. Rude consultant claimed to be fearless of complaint as no one else in the company will be able to assist with Chinese inscription. Repeatedly disregarded customer inquiries and not providing clear guidance on procedure. Customer complaints not being properly dealt with.
