Plumber Carl very professional & spent no time in doing the job in replacing the air condition unit and fixed the control . Came out approx 2pm inspected & quoted and replaced unit & finished by 5.30pm . Highly recommend

I'm in full agreement with the previous reviewer who advised caution to anyone planning to use this business as they adopt misleading practices.My experience was pretty much identical.After charging me $142 for a call up, the plumber has a quick look at the heating unit and tells me that he would have to perform a full service of the ducted heating before he could identify the fault and that service will cost me over $1000! This is even before any additional charges for fixing whatever the problem was. And if I don't do the service he won't spend any time looking at the unit for a fault and he couldn't guarantee that he would be able to fix my ducted heating.So I had to ask him to leave without doing any work.You can imagine my mood at this point having just 'donated' $142 to this outfit.Ended up going through the Seeley installers and got it serviced and repaired for $300.Lesson learned.

Plumber Carl contacted me and came on time after I posted my work. He was very professional in his approach and advise. I had issue with the Dishwasher wherein the water was not passing through. Carl checked at it and realised there is no issue with Dishwasher itself but just a minor blockage within the pipe. He opened the pipe and cleaned it up, which fixed the issue of water accumulation within the Dishwasher. Carl is such a gentleman that he did not even charge me a single cent for this valuable work of his. He is truly a genuine plumber. I really appreciate his kind help. I strongly recommend Carl for your plumbing works.

I would advise caution to anyone planning to use this business as they cannot be trusted -After charging me $142 for a call up this guy rocks up to my door step and before even entering my house tells me that he would have to perform a full service of the ducted heating before he could identify the fault and that service will cost me 1K. This is even before he has had a look at my unit and run any diagnostic. And then he tells me that if I don't do the service he won't spend any time looking at the unit for a fault and he couldn't guarantee that he would be able to fix my ducted heating. So what did my $140 get me? Not sure. So I had to ask him to leave without doing any work. I would advise caution to anyone planning to use this business as they cannot be trusted. They also operate by the name - Mr Emergency.
