Old Malvern Pickets provided everything I needed to DIY a picket fence. I am particularly grateful to Kate and Peter for all of their assistance. I hadn't built a picket fence for 20 years but with their guidance, I have completed a very successful project! Rang and left message twice BUT NO REPLY at all!! Desperately needed fence toppers to click & collect BUT ended up buying from other side of town express post!! Drove past next day and they were working there! .... ????

Most appalling service, attitude and product I have ever experienced. Sent the incorrect product that arrived damaged due to inferior packaging. Was then made to make a claim against Aust Post myself and was not even refunded the full amount. Old Malvern pickets refused to refund the balance. Don't expect them to have time for a quote but will take your money in a second!! 'I don't have time to quote but I have time for sales' Personal issues aside, I would never ever recommend this business to anyone. Deal with them at your own peril. I was very courteous, and patient, unlike the owners, and gave them every opportunity to resolve the issue.Don't spend your money at Old Malvern Pickets. Can't see them staying in business with this poor service/product.

Was surprised with some of the negative reviews, our experience was extremely positive. Peter was spot on with knowledge and Sean who did the install was an absolute artisan. We had countless numbers of people stop and admire the fence and we couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a premium fence, then this is the place hands down
