Hi, I have been here twice and I liked it during the first time, the have revised price which they did not notify when I rang them for my second booking. My nails are chipped off at the end and its just been a week. They need proper management and I am not sure if the girls are there are experienced or not.Its a nice quiet place but I am unhappy with the service.

I have been coming here for 2 years, I have always left completely happy every time, they always go above and beyond to make sure my nails are perfect. Couldn't recommend them more!

Very poor customer service. Booked an appointment and had a 45 minutes wait. When asked when I would be seems I was told the staff are working very hard, they are tired and hungry and haven't had any breaks. The staff .member was rude and spoke over me loudlyI. will be sure to let work safe know they abuse their staff members and customers.Very poor customer service. According to your other reviews this is the norm.If you don't have the capacity for a booking, you should just say that and not over book. I would much rather have stayed at home, instead of being made to wait and getting abused.As to responding to a threat of contacting work safe"- I don't expect any response. You have clearly said you are abusing your staff members and mistreating them by not providing them any breaks. It is against work safe laws. It doesn't matter how busy you are

Staff is great , I like this nail salon because when you make a booking they actually reserve the spot for you opposed to all other nail salons where you book and get there and it’s full of people and you have to wait 45 minutes before they even start doing your nails.Place is clean and good quality nail products!Definitely recommend

Best nails I’ve ever had before, lovely staff and they don’t keep you waiting for ages like every other salon I have been to.

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years. Initially there were a few issues with waiting around but since they have had a salon makeover, the experience has always been one that I would highly recommend! The staff are always friendly and remember my name, making the experience very personable. The pedicure is so relaxing with a wonderful foot bath, great scents, and a lovely massage thrown in! Regarding the colour choices, they are really good (but no magnetic varnishes). The application of the colour is generally very good, but can vary depending on the nail technician undertaking the work.

Left the shop feeling very pleased with the results. Great time and great customer service, will definitely be coming back soon!

Went in for my 5 weekly mani and pedi, mentioned to my beautician that I thought I had an ingrown big toe nail as it was very sore, next thing I know 2 of the girls had a look and agreed that I did and offered to try and help, 5 minutes later pain gone and I went on to enjoy the rest of my apt without a burning sore toe. All the girls there are friendly and welcoming and I never have to wait. Thanks girls for the extra care .

I have been going to this salon for many years now, the ladies are all experienced in what they do and they do a fantastic job and strive to make the costumer happy! I get up to 6 weeks without chips or lifting, they last so long! I couldn’t recommend them enough
