H&R Block

Nice people but first made a mistake and said i was getting 31,000 back on tax. Corrected and said I was gonna get 5,500. Ended up getting 2000. Really could of just done it myself and saved $130

I m really disappointed for the 1st time with this office. I booked an Appointment online for 6:30 tonight. 27 AprilI arrived approximately 6:11pm to a closed office sign says open till 7pmI have received 2 no reply reminder emailsIt’s now 6:51 pm and still no one here.No notice on the door saying due to unforeseen circumstances as well as no email or phone call asking me to reschedule.I have called and left a message for somebody to call me back.Can someone please call me ASAPYou have my number, I’ve been coming to this office since 2007 when it was located at Wyndham VillageI’m going home now… it’s 6:57 pmVery Disappointed!!!’I left work early and all to be here on time!

My appointment was on time, the office was clean and my accountant was very professional. She advised me of the changes to the tax laws and how I could potentially benefit from this given the current circumstances. She walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. She asked me about my work and how things had changed for me, so she could understand my circumstances and how this could effect my tax return.In the end my return was larger than it ever has been before and I was very please with their service. Great work H&R Block.
