He came numerous times happily for helping my house bathroom renovation as well as came for hot water emergency.He is one of most kind and skillful plumber I ever met. I have no hesitation to call him for any plumbing issues in the future. Kym is without a doubt the best Plumber we have ever used.As repeat customers he not only installed a new vanity and toilet in our ensuite a few years ago - and did a fabulous job, but recently he saved the day by finding a second (!!!) septic system on our property. One that was not on record anywhere and was in dire need of pumping.We doubt any other plumber would have had the insight to even think of a second septic in the situation we were in.I can not recommend him enough.He’s kind, skilful, listens to his customers and clearly thinks outside the box when troubleshooting.

Kym has been our plumber since we moved to the Adelaide hills in 2012 and is always quick to respond to plumbing emergencies (blocked drains, hot water service issues etc) and have engaged his services for commercial work as well. He’s always kind and friendly and a genuinely nice bloke , never treats me like I’m a ‘silly woman’ or that I don’t understand what’s going on as some tradies have done. He explains what he’s doing , makes useful suggestions and isn’t over priced (I’m actually often pleasantly relieved when I get his invoices). In the current environment everyone seems to have a horror story of unreliable, messy, rude trade people who can over quote and cherry pick the best jobs because they’re so in demand- Kym is an exception to this trend and is just as reliable as ever even though it’s clear he’s being kept busy.
