Stephen talked as though small business was his forte. It was apparently his best area but were yet to have an appointment for the 2019/20 financial year return. He refuses to answer calls, will not respond to messages or voicemails and doesn’t return the missed ones we’ve left.Why bother wasting our time? If you’re too busy for new clients how about tell them that instead of dragging along new businesses that can’t afford the extra expense and hassle. Based on the sub-zero communication and lack of care for his clients, I’ll give this business one star and recommend you avoid if you like things done fast and with actual deadlines in mind.
