Easy booking, fair price and good service!

First call-out for a RWC was good, mechanic was nice however found an issue I had to fix, no problem there.I rescheduled to have a RWC done after I fixed the issue a couple of days later, mechanic never showed up, had to call Auto King to find out what happened, apparently they were supposed to send a text saying the mechanic wasn’t available. We rescheduled for the next day, same thing happened, no mechanic ever showed up and no communication from the company as to why.Quite disappointed with how the situation went down.

Christian came out promptly at the time I was told to expect him. He gave a courtesy call half an hour before he arrived. He was polite and professional. Although the news was bad about my car, he explained what has happened and the choices I had. Thank you .

DO NOT USE!! Absolute rubbish customer service. Waste of time and waste of money!I used their service for a RWC last month, a gentleman came to the house and did the test. Very nice guy, completed the test and the car got the RWC. The fee was paid in full…However once I gave the cert to my buyer, they were told the certificate is invalid. So I called to get to the bottom of it and to get a new cert and get it issue rectified, but the lady on the phone was not having a bar of it. Literally hung up the phone on me while I was mid sentence.Further to this when I try call the 1300 number, no body picks up, kept going to the message bank to leave the number to call back, but they never call back. Finally at 5:10pm I got a text saying sorry tried calling you but couldn’t get through, but I had no missed calls….. called that number straight away and again it goes to the message bank.Doggy business from the looks of it. Giving out invalid certificates that the Qld transport department can not verify.Do not use!!!!Absolute waste of time and money!

An absolute rip off! They were supposed to do a service on the car. Just told us the car had no oil leaks but they didn’t have the gear to do a service. Charged $126.00

I made a booking. I waited, I stayed at home from work so we could get this car fixed.No One turned up. We confirmed that I had spoken with the new Guy" but there was no booking in the system.The Apology? The offer to compensate for wasting hours of my time? " I can send you a customer feedback form to complete"."Trustworthy Mechanics" - lol

Highly recommend Auto King - they are so efficient, convenient and professional - and you generally get the same person servicing your car. Great value, great staff and you don't have to lose a whole day putting your car in the shop!

I do not recommend this guy at all unless you want to destroy your brakes. He will excessively and hardly slam on your brakes. He did too much brakes causing a noisy sound after on your car. Find another guy for roadworthy certificate.
