'Precise' is an excellent name! Fast, clean and reasonably priced. From go-to-woah I was given honest information, easy to understand quotes and not fed unnecessary (+ expensive) rubbish, like my previous plumber. Easy to recommend & a job well done!

I needed a new hot water system and I needed it fast. After receiving a quote (that I had to pay for) from another company that was beyond anything any other plumber was charging, it was great that Precise were fast, professional and affordable. Will definitely use again.

Tom arrived within the arranged time and provided three quotes for different possible scenarios, I accepted one of the quotes and booked a visit. Brett arrived on time, he was very friendly and professional, there was a minor misunderstanding of what was ordered and Brett rectified it immediately, nothing was too much trouble for him, he is a real asset to the company.I received a text from Claudia a few hours after completion of the job just to ensure I was happy with the work done, which I was very happy. Booked online in the evening and the office called me first thing the next day. The Precise plumber was a little late, but gave me a call to confirm he was on the way. He quickly identified the cause and location of the blockage in my toilet and gave me an upfront price to hone out the drain pipe and clear out all the roots. After completion he confirmed the drain was running freely before leaving. I was happy with the job
