Absolutely horrendous service! My cat and I are loyal patience of 5 years at this clinic. Each time I’ve come there has ALWAYS been an issue, constant over fee’s for unnecessary issues. Each time I come there’s different advice as to what was told to me prior, definitely not knowledgeable on what is going on in terms to my cats health. Dr Cameron always avoids my questions when I am curious on what “tests” are actually needed and just looks into it for the $$$ when I question about prices you can tell he is shocked and never gives the best price possible. It’s all for the money. No care nor any empathy towards my cat. He has high anxiety and is never treated with that in mind. He has had surgeries here before, you’d think they’d take these traumatic incidents into consideration and make his visits as comfortable as possible? But no. Each time it is very scary for him and Dr Cameron NEVER try’s to make my cat feel comfortable, it’s truely upsetting. My last visit was horrible! He took my cat to do a blood test without my consent just picked him up and mumbled away. He was only meant to come in for his yearly vaccinations mind you. They took longer than usual. The nurse came in the room to take his cage no words spoken to me about how my cat is doing. Only to come back in the room with him in his cage frightened as ever I’ve NEVER heard him hiss or meow with such terror. Dr Cameron came to tell me he had to get him out from under the cupboard with A MOP… a mop? You can just imagine the stress my cat was under. Dr Cameron could’ve just politely asked me to come in the room to collect my cat rather than opting out to get him with a mop! Very very VERY unprofessional, I can’t believe a vet with so called “years of experience and knowledge” decided that this was the best solution. He then decided to prescribe calming meds (without my consent once again just thinking of any ways he can make some extra $$$) when he sent me a the terms and conditions of the medication and as to why my cat needed it there were so so so many other options to make my cats visit that much easier but these options were never provided beforehand or brought to my attention, even though his other visits were almost just as stressful for him. I am truely disappointed and feel horrible for putting my cat through this. Please DO NOT take your pets here. And if you do please look into further what Dr Cameron recommends before making any final decision. He is very untrustworthy. Will not be a returning loyal customer anymore!

I am definitely not a disgusted customer! Not sure why this won’t change but I am a very happy customer!I would like to thank all the staff at Hampton Park Veterinary Hospital for their expertise, support and kindness shown to not only our precious dog Simba but to us as well. I have called many times to ask questions about concerns I’ve had being a first time dog owner and spoke to Jacqui Diaz on these occasions who has been extremely patient, empathetic and informative due to obviously great knowledge and experience. This is what customer service is and should be about. Well done Jacqui! I would recommend this hospital to any pet owner to ensure your beloved pet it treated exceptionally well along with their owners! Thank you once again!

You have asked me to take my post down but I will edit it. No compassion or flexibility not even for regular customers. I booked an appointment online that was to take place in less than 24 hours. You called while I was working and I could not answer it. When I eventually was able to check my phone you were closed. You called me before you had opened. I was driving to take my child to school. it was too late by then my appointment was given to someone else. What’s the point of booking online? Please add the check out and payment option to your online booking system or remove this altogether to make a phone booking. In addition You should make it clear on your website what your cancellation/no show fees are. I’m finding a new vet.

Truly the most Compassionate, caring pet Hospital I've been to in 28 year's. The staff are so friendly and very helpful and supportive and Dr Cameron is a God send to all pet's, great and small.Highly recommended if you truly love you pet's.
