Trainers that know their stuff and know how to motivate. The training facilities are great with well maintained equipment. I recommend Studio One.

I have trained with Michael and the Crew at Studio-One since 2005 and always received the best of personal service. Michael and the team have assisted me in dropping a substantial amount of weight and guided me to sustainable weight control. In 2013, Michael and his team of personal trainers prepared me for my first Triathlon. ZOMBIE APOCALYPE !!! What more can i say. Watching grown adults stagger down stairs , hammies locked in battle with the quads. Arms splayed out front as the body they are attached to bounces walls to walls. Head locked in a grotesque fashion - angled to the gods up high. Mouth watering, dribble constantly running from a froth filled mouth. Gee, and these remnants of lithe and once highly toned bodies just emerged from a Studio One Spin session ??? But wait, there is more. The heads are now shaking uncontrolllably. What is it ? The music!!!" . "Who chooses the music?". AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGotta love a nice gym and spin at Studio One - the REAL Zombie Apocalypse."

When I started at studio one I would have told you running and breathing were not things I could do at the same time. My weight just kept going up and my doctor was threatening to increase my blood pressure medicine. Within 2 years I ran my first Half Marathon and this year I produced a 3 minute personal best at the 10 km distance. My weight is stable my confidence has increased and best of all my Dr has actually DECREASED my blood pressure medicine!!! Michael and the team have taught me that exercise feels good and can be fun too.

Michael and the team offer friendly and professional service. I have trained with other 'personal trainers' in the past at other gyms, and no one has ever had the knowledge of Michael and his staff. The workout is designed specifically for you and your circumstances...its not all about the number on the scales. After recovering from a recent operation, the staff were professional and knowledgeable in adjusting my training practices to suit my condition. I would recommend Studio One New Lambton anytime.
