Great response to service issues. Prompt and efficient.Have recently crossed over from TPG to Pineapple NET using DGTek and am extremely happy with the coverage and assistance provided.More value for my dollar! But best of all, the internet connection speed and no more buffering has been a winner for me!

When everything is working, it's great. But with so many outtages in the space of an 8 month period it's extremely frustrating to be positive about this organisation. At least in Southbank the feeling of DGteks product is not crash hot.TPG is not the fastest, but in 16 years prior to moving across to DGTek had to call tech support once.

We had DGTek/Pineapple Net installed into our property this year, and have been really impressed by the super fast speed and reliability of the service.Richard and the team went out of their way to overcome some obstacles in our building and the install was completed super quickly to a very high standard.I highly recommend them!!

I have been using DGtek’s network through their retailer Pineapple Net for the last two years – and have had an amazingly seamless experience from start to present. Speeds are higher than anything else I've seen, download/upload symmetrical and stable. Unlimited data included, which is great for streaming and gaming. Install was fast and professional. DGtek have certainly set the standard of service and supply very high.
