I needed some pressure washing done at home and I tried Coolum Property Maintenance - Sam was very responsive and was able to schedule me in quickly. I had him clean my driveway which had mud and oil stains, and I also asked him to clean my back patio. He moved all the heavy furniture and my dogs beds etc. and both the driveway and patio came up beautifully!! Will definitely be calling Sam next time I need work done around the house.

Sam re-fitted my kitchen cupboard doors to make them level and installed new handles to give my kitchen a new look. The quality of his work was high and he was very efficient with his time.
