Southern Cross Climate Control

We had our AC serviced and when we turned it on after the service it no longer worked so I rang back to talk to them about it they were evasive and implied it had nothing to do with them. He said he would email me a new time but never did. My husband called to speak to them about it and now they are avoiding us and not returning our calls. They won't come out to see us unless we pay them again, the least they could do is come out and see if it is something they did during the service. Really bad service I certainly don't recommend you use them, or hope you don't encounter any problems or you will get no help.

Consultants and drafters be careful, they didn't paid may work. They may pay first invoice or two and then refuse to pay. I started legal proceedings against them.
