I kept delaying getting air con as I was stressed about going through the quote process and had literally no idea what I needed so was worried about being ripped off. Graham followed up a few times after my initial enquiry, and when I replied, he organised to come out soon after to quote. Turned up when he said he would, was super friendly & told me it wasn't as difficult as I'd been told by someone else, & quoted a lesser amount then I expected. He kept in touch whilst I got the necessary body corporate approvals, and was available to book in as soon as I got the go ahead. Again, turned up on time, got the job done efficiently, left the work area clean & was super friendly the whole time. Highly recommended Air Miester and Graham!

We had Graham supply and install 2 air conditioners at our house in Tanah Merah and tbh from the first moment that I contacted him through facebook to when he sent the invoice through his service was professional and friendly and so so easy to deal with. His prices were great and product and installation was just as good - in a sea of installers out there I could not recommend his business enough. Later in the year we will get him back to replace a 3rd unit that is getting old and tired.
