I had a truly disappointing experience at this flower shop with the male assistant. His rude behavior and complete lack of respect towards me as a customer left a lasting impression.Firstly, I was disappointed that after I selected the roses and other pink flowers he insisted on me buying an already-made arrangement in a white box, despite my request for pink flowers. He dismissed my request and repeatedly told me to buy the cheaper, pre-made arrangement instead. When I asked him how long the flowers in that box would last, he responded with who cares?" - which was incredibly unhelpful and rude.Furthermore

The first time I bought from this florist I was buying flowers for my late husbands grave. The male sales person told me it was a waste of his great flowers! I was really upset and determined to never return. However I needed a birthday gift today and received yet another rude response to wanting gift wrapping. I walked away and bought perfectly good flowers at the local supermarket. If you don’t like your clientele in this area then move somewhere else.

I cannot fault Michael, his orchids or his attention for detail! He put together this beautiful, large pot of Cymbidium Orchids - the colours are exquisite! Thanks again & for the speedy delivery!Rebecca

Left my ordinary-looking lilies on the counter after being asked to remove my toy poodle from the property. The sharp unpleasant manner got me. This is a standard wet concrete-floored florist shop. Strangely but luckily the Coles roses were nicer in the end.
