Alex (who inspected the Garage door in the first visit) was very professional in inspecting the door and giving the required advise. Valentia (who sent in the quote was prompt and quick and all communication was great too). Finally, Brian who came to install the motor and service the door was very informative and detailed and serviced the garage door thoroughly and provided a run down of whats required for a long life for the Garage. Had a stuck Flex-a-Door. Booking the job was easy. Brian arrived on time - with a five minute notice by way of text message (I wish all trades did this!). Brian was thorough and methodical as he investigated the issue and was able to explain the issue simply and succinctly (which was great for a dummy like me!). The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently and I was appreciative of Brian’s open and honest advice, and his comprehensive knowledge.

Nowadays, it is extremely rare to find a tradesperson that is so meticulous, so dedicated, a perfectionist, and so amiable. However, I'm delighted to say that I actually discovered such a person today - Brian. His application towards the job at hand, his level of analysis, his thoroughness and his relentless willingness to perfect the job was truly extraordinary to watch. Brian arrived promptly, and displayed professionalism beyond anything I have seen in my 54 years of existence. Brian performed work that was well beyond the scope of what he was asked to undertake. He did not have to do it. However, it is clear to me that he did it because he sincerely wanted to mitigate or eliminate the possibility of ME experiencing garage door complications in the future. Great service from Brian. He replaced my garage door opener a few years ago and also carry out regular service on it. Really friendly guy. He always provide explanation on what he has done. He also provides useful information on the condition of the garage door and how to maintain it. Highly recommended.

Had my garage opener installed a few days ago. Really happy with the results. Brian was really helpful and knowledgeable. Very accommodating with regards to the timing. Adam came on time. Very friendly and got the job done within 30 mins. I had a short garage so Adam make sure not to drop the motor too low.Happy with the installation. Good warranty from Merlin as well.
