Local Fire provides exceptional fire protection services with a responsive, professional, and punctual team. Their staff is kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Called in asking some simple questions about fire safety earlier, and I was met with the rudest person I have ever dealt with over the phone on the other end. Refused to answer questions, instead giving me sarcastic, rhetorical comments, treating his customer with utmost disrespect. The person who answered was incredibly hostile, and didn't even give a reason, nor could I discern one.I've never written a negative review in my life, and I'm not sure if this is the usual answering response, or whether the service is any better with different staff, but the customer service was so appalling, I felt the need to disclaim this.

These guys are professional, friendly and will go the extra mile for you. I use them for our retail stores and they a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Steve, Karen, Dean and the whole team.
