Nick should be your first choice. Nick went above and beyond to help us out after our unit flooded, and the only connection we had was he had previously sold our neighbour’s unit. Your͏ Haven RealtyNick was able to sell our house at a price we were happy with in a much more difficult market than a year ago. After floods in the local area and several interest rate rises we weren't sure about selling, however the offer we received after the first open home was well negotiated by Nick and ended up being a very smooth process with the house settling more quickly than we anticipated. Nick is a local agent and has great knowledge of the market in our area, which we needed as we just weren't sure on whether to sell or rent out the house.

Team were very kind and welcoming when we went to sign the lease. Kirra was super lovely and gave us all sorts of tips in vacating our previous rental and so many assurances in regard to the lease we were signing. The team have clear boundaries and do not side with either owner or tenant, instead ensuring they can find the best solution for both parties. Nick has been super accomodating with the few small queries we have had so far, and all responses have been timely and helpful.

Seamless͏ ServiceFrom the moment I contacted Nick regarding an impromptu midweek inspection of the apartment to the handover of the keys Nick’s service was amazing!
