I've got an in-ground concrete pool which, after 18 years, was looking shabby and really needed a renovation. I had great difficulty in finding a company that would do it: many did not respond to my requests for a quote. Eventually I found one (which shall remain nameless) and we agreed on a price - a year then went by with poor communications, broken promises of dates etc. This is in stark contrast to South Coast Pools who I eventually contacted (through a recommendation). Andrew came around, had a look and gave me a very favourable quote. The work started two days later and, even after a short break for rain, was finished within ten days. The finish is excellent and all fittings, lights etc replaced - with no effort from me. Andrew took care of all details, was on site whenever required and supplied chemicals and advice on restarting the pool once it was filled. I can't recommend him and his company highly enough.
