Beachwood Bonbeach Early Learning and Kindergarten

My son started in the nursery room at 8 months and has had such a wonderful experience. The educators have all made a huge effort to get to know us and make him feel comfortable and we have only good things to say about his time there. The room experiences and toys rotate constantly, so its exciting everytime he goes! He comes home happy every day and is getting more confident in his skills from copying the other bubs. They do lots of singing, reading and outdoor time and its still winter! He is going to have a ball come warmer weather. They load comments and photos to the app everyday so I can see how much fun he is having while im at work, including every meal, snack, nappy change and sleep. He even gets to adventure to the older rooms on occasion and get the attention of the older kids. So many new social and cultural interactions!

So put my baby on wait list over 2months ago for next year after Feb for 4 days a week. Only to get a phone call the other day saying they probably won't be able to provide me 4 days but they can put me on the wait list for maybe" 1-2days.. if at all. I said I thought i was on the wait list already?? She said all the siblings from kids that already go there take priority over us.. not sure how my friend in mothers group got a spot then for Jan next year.. we pretty much applied at same time..if that happened in my profession there would be a complaint but guess anything goes in childcare where parents are desperate to get a spot..."

My children have been at the centre since it opened earlier in the year. At first we were nervous to change centres because of the change for our kids but honestly we couldn't be happier and nor could our kids. They always come home with so many things to tell me about their day and have thrived in the programs offered. The teachers at the centre are brilliant and have really connected with our children which has made the transition much easier on all of us. The kindergarten program has been amazing for my eldest who has learnt so much in her short time at Beachwood. Couldn't be happier we found this amazing centre.

Amazing centre, bright, beautifully set out rooms. The outside space is excellent with lots of different activities for the children to engage with. The staff and management are excellent and have been extremely welcoming, supportive and encouraging to my family through our youngest transition in to childcare.

After my tour of the centre I thought it was nicely presented and the kids all seemed very happy. I heard some great feedback about this centre so I enquired. Im very disappointed as I have been on the wait list for many months and noone reached out to me to give me any indication on the likeliness of being able to get in this year (I was given false assumption that I could get in this year) and was recently told most likely next year now. This has left us in a difficult position now having to find a quick solution for our child whos almost 1.
