Over all I was fairly happy with the service of my purchase, they took care electrical issues throughout the house very quickly and kept me informed . although the communication dropped a little towards the end, they kept mostly up to date with what was happening and answered questions to the best of there ability, I was a first home buyer so I wanted more sound knowledge of my questions but overall it was great experience.

I have a number of investment properties and have found it so difficult to find good real estate agents you can actually trust. They all start off good promising the world to get you signed up and committed then fall way short of their promises and turn out plain disappointing.I have dealt with at least 20 different property managers and can honestly say Paul and the team are fantastic and in the 10 years Aquila have been managing my property l have not had a single issue with them. They are very straight up and professional and quite literally the only real estate agents I’ve ever met that have proved themselves trustworthy. The advice you get from Paul is honest even if it costs him a sale and he doesn’t promise anything he can’t follow through with.Great company and highly recommend. If only they were all like this.
