Great experience. Very thorough and professional vets. They picked up an important medical issue for my dog during a routine visit for immunisations. They then provided her with excellent care and had great communication with me throughout her diagnosis and treatment. Would recommend highly!

I have been going to All Pets Vet for several years with my dogs Zorro, Diesel, Bella (passed away) and Luna. Very happy with the service. Diesel was poisoned a few years ago and he was still a puppy... he almost passed away and they let us go in the back to say our goodbyes. It was difficult, and yet somehow, Diesel began to recover against all odds. They kept calling us up to see how he was, if he was ok after he was released. All Pets Vet are always above and beyond, and they treat every animal like their own. Great staff too. Thank you again :)

Have taken my dog here regularly for 6 years..she loves going there..gets really excited because they treat her kindly and make the experience non traumatic. Very happy with the service, advice and treatment my dog has received. Veterinary care anywhere is not cheap, and the nurses and vets don't make much money, the cost of running a clinic is horrendous. They do a traumatic, difficult job for the love of animals..be kind to them!

NO STARS AT ALLI rarely write reviews but this is about all I can do apparently to try and help people stay clear away.Don’t ever ever ever ever i mean ever go to this place. I’ve had the ultimate worst experience in my entire existence. Getting my dog put down. The vet was extremely unprofessional to me and my dog. They don’t want to solve your issues, they’ll take your money and give you a poor excuse. I’ve had many many animals euthanised and never experienced something so horrible in my life. I’m literally scarred and traumatised for life.

Very rude and over priced.. I have asked several time for my dogs medical records and they will not give them to me.. they charge double the price compared to most vets. They also have no solves the issue with my dog just expect me to keep coming back and paying them money… go to Litchfield vets friendly service and better prices

I really appreciate the extra effort that was made to help my Bella cope with her visits to the vet. She gets very stressed when coming to the vet, which makes me very stressed too. We had such a traumatic experience with our previous vet that we decided to find another vet and so glad we did. Dr Melissa is fantastic, she really seems to understand dogs and with some anti anxiety medications and lots of roast chicken our visits are now manageable thank you!

This has been the best vet service we have experienced. We had a traumatic experience, when our dog ran away due to thunderstorms. She was found and taken to All Pets Vet Hospital. She had been badly hurt and had bite marks on her legs, was severely dehydrated etc. The staff and vets all showed great care. The vets kept us informed at all times, took care of our dog beautifully for 3 days and were open and upfront about costs relating to treatment. We are so grateful for the care and professionalism of this veterinary hospital. She is now recovering beautifully - thanks to them.

The team at All Pets have been very supportive and given our dog great care. She has had medical and behavioral issues, both of which have been handled with great professionalism and treatment.In terms of value and expenses, they kept me updated about the cost each step of the way and I could choose what care she got according to my budget, so I think they were very reasonable. The reception team made it very easy to claim my insurance also.I would definitely recommend this practice if you need help with an anxious dog like mine!
