I cannot speak highly enough of Destiny Health. I began my fitness journey in May of this year. Since then, i have reduced my aches aches and pains and now have perfect blood pressure. Evan is amazing and is 100% behind your goals and weight loss journey. I really enjoy going each week and how amazing you feel afterwards.

As someone needing to get back into a fitness routine after many years of sedentary living I am pleased to have found Evan. Regular gyms are intimidating and good guidance is not always available, so I needed something more supportive. With a few aches and pains already I wanted to avoid injuring myself. Evan is a qualified physiotherapist leading the one on one PT session and it is perfect! Evan has a great approach and is highly encouraging, which leads to best personal results each and every time. Highly recommend his services.

I can highly recommend Evan & the team at Destiny Health. A very professional Initial consultation and assessment was conducted; followed by a deep tissue massage to target & release muscular issues as well as being given exercises and stretches to do at home. Folow-up appointment made. Excellent service, with email reminders and easy booking system in place.

Destiny Health and Evan Armstrong - the best physiotherapist I have been to. Full explanation of exercises and lots of encouragement. Also Evan gives the BEST massage ever.I fully recommend this business to anyone/everyone who needs a Physio.

I highly recommend Destiny Health. I started out with a very painful back injury and am now pain free through Evan’s treatment. He works to not only resolve the injury but also assists with what steps to take to prevent re-injury.It is also nice to be treated by someone who is familiar with various chronic illnesses and can incorporate treatment into gym routines.

I started working with Evan a few months ago and I was 97kgs and carrying about 26% body fat. After spending some time with Evan discussing my diet, training and lifestyle he tailored a diet specific for me and it worked a treat. Within a couple of months I was down to 91 kgs and dropped to 18% body fat. This lead to me getting a massive personal best and having my best result ever in a race. Thanks so much Evan !!

I was in a car accident that should have left me unable to walk in March this year. After hospital rehabilitation I needed to find a physio to continue my journey with me, I could not have found a better professional then Evan, his care and support is of the highest standard. Evan involves me in the discussion around my health plans which is something I really value, he also explains the why. If you are looking for a Physio or PT I highly recommend Destiny Health!
