The house we rented was clean and my file processing was easy and superfast. Highly recommend APS as there was no problems with my tenancy with them. Highly recommend.

I never heard of this agent and I didn't know how they got my number. They just did a spam call.

Rented with APS for about 8 months before the tenancy was transferred to another agency. Had a terrible experience with Crystal. Would constantly ignore emails/texts, issues and repairs would go unresolved for long periods of time. Had to take her to VCAT to be reimbursed for an urgent repair she ignored. Served her several breaches of duty for failing to repair things within the legally required timeframe and for disrupting my quite enjoyment and she would send tradies/the landlord to my property without the minimum legally required notice period (or no notice) and then verbally abuse me on the phone when I wouldn’t be able to let them in. I would highly recommend not renting through this agency. It caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress and I had to jump through so many hoops and escalate things often just to get the bare minimum done.

These guys are vey unprofessional.There are plenty other good agents.

Initially a positive experience with this company but over the past few months we have discovered that rent is being withheld by the company, blaming the tenants. Not returning phone calls, or sending receipts for work carried out. I would not recommend either renting through or leasing via this company based on my personal experience.

Had worst experience. Never returns calls nor messages. Had to move to different agent which took me about 6 weeks. Later I was updated with the tenants that condition report was not signed & documented. Unprofessional never will recommend .

Please do not do business with this agent. Has been very dishonest and deceitful in all transactions and we have been cheated of our rental money due to us and now this person is not contactable to hand over keys or proper documentation for us to move to another agent

Rented with APS for 12 months. Was quick in showing the property and processing the file. Quick action for maintaining calls. Overall good experience with Crystal and her team. No complaints. Even helped setup a veggie patch. Recommend definitely.- Himanshu
