Very rude and unprofessional customer service from.2 Asian female staff in Alba Flowers store Central West. Both women refused to wrap my flowers telling me that this not recommended for the product ignoring my wish to protect flowers from getting dirty while in transport. They treated me and 91 yo lady in my care with no respect.im disgusted with their behavior and lack of apology from. The business. I do not recommend this shop and will never shop there anymore. Will bring this issue on social media and make my friends aware to stay away from being treated badly . BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Went to purchase flowers on Saturday. Young female shop assistant very pleasant and helpful but flowers are terrible. Very basic and no different or exotic flowers. Not very fresh looking and are super expensive its ridiculous. Havent been in a while as shop at different Coles now. Never used to be like this. Very disappointed. Wont be returning.

Ordered for Mother’s Day occasion, very disappointed. Not very good value for money, $35 flower bouquet from Woolies looked better than the $79 i ordered from here via Petal Network. Plus the $12.99 delivery fee is slightly ridiculous as the delivery address is within 2km from the shop. A waste of money.
