We joined Christie's real estate after a very disappointing experience with another real estate and we wish we had done it sooner, Alex & Linda helped us solve a complex problem with our previous tenants (an issue that got complicated due to the lack of professionalism of the previous real estate), they are very knowledgeable, professional, always freindly and helpful, any maintenance or inquiries are handled promptly.highly recommended!!!

One of the worst Real Estate agents to rent through. Nothing gets done that you ask for. The house we rented in Chidlow is a dump. Patio leaks and in the 1 and a half years we rented it, it was NEVER fixed. We lost so much stuff due to the leaking patio. Be wary people !

WARNING! Renters and Lessors seeking property management in the Perth Hills, Look elsewhere.In the 8 years I have rented in Perth, the 1 and a half I spent with Christies was exceptionally horrendous. 3 family members run the entire business through 1 email address and seem to handball work from one to the other. On two occasions, Christie's were presented with Breach of Lease agreement notices which still took 3+ weeks to remedy. Alex had even on one occasion visited the property without providing notice.They didn't follow up on quotes (causing excessive water usage bills due to unfixed leaks), would take weeks if not months to arrange basic repairs (door latch). They would consistently need legislation providing to them if they didn't believe an issue was their responsibility and always blamed the owners for not responding.The lease was terminated when the property owner came to fix the front door and agreed to terminated the lease provided I do not proceed with legal action. The owner stated: We have even questioned their (Christie's) communication." and "We will be fixing the property our selves and putting it on the market." I have no faith that this business communicates with it's clients effectively.Christie's have made their final malice clear when a missing oven wire rack and tray would be deducted from the bond at a price of $300.Should any student wishing to write a case study on how NOT to run a business

We are delighted to have Christie's Real Estate managing our rental properties. Linda is very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to be dealing with. She is thorough, her attention to detail and clear communication with us as landlords and our tenants, makes for a great relationship. We cannot recommend Christie's Real Estate highly enough!

Christie's property managed my house in Mundaring for over 5 years and were exceptional.All the attributes that you would expect from a property manager Christie's had; timely with reports, property inspections well done, chasing up the owner (me) to rectify or give approvals for repairs or tenant requests.Alex and Linda were just awesome and I would absolutely use Christie's again should I have a house to rent in the hills.

These guys are awesome to deal with always friendly happy and chatty. We rented with them and were very happy with their service. It's not always up to them to fix problems the actual property owners can be very uncaring about their rentals making it hard for the real estate to get things done for tenants but they do their best to get the owners to fix things asap ..it would be unfair to rate them low due to unresponsive property owners..all respect for Christie's real estate
