Our build has been quite a journey. Not only was it our first time building, but it also happened during the pandemic, we were living interstate and at times one of us was working internationally.For us we really wanted a builder we could trust and rely on, this is exactly what we found with the team at Mike Murry Homes & we received nothing but support.As with any build there are always going to be changes along the way, things that we had missed or just don’t seem to work the way you thought it would on paper, part of the joys of being able to design our own home, I guess. Mike was always there to offer advice and solutions whilst still making sure our vision of what we wanted our home to look and feel like wasn’t lost along the way. After visiting Agnes for many years we finally decided to make the move and build a house. We asked around town for builders in the area and Mike and Cheryl’s reputation and community spirit kept coming up and resonating with us. Our first meeting was very chilled and casual. He had some great ideas (we didn’t!) and we were happy to run with them. He has a good eye to design a house that fits in with the environment, with our living comfort at the forefront. Mike is so easy to consult with and every meeting was full of laughs. His attention to detail is amazing and we are very happy in our wonderful new home.
